Owner / Technician

Brian is your go-to Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic with an impressive 21 years of experience under his tool belt. When he's not bringing cool comfort to homes, you can find him revving up his motorcycle or tinkering with classic cars, always on the lookout for the next big adventure. A weekend warrior at heart, Brian loves to tear up the dirt biking trails—preferably with a group of friends who can appreciate his sense of humour (and can deal with his occasional “mechanical mishaps”). Passionate about travelling and exploring new places, he's always ready for business discussions sprinkled with laughter and a side of adventure. Brian believes that life's too short to stay stagnant, so he keeps moving—just like the wheels on his bike!

Manager / Technician

Jared is a seasoned Gas Fitter and Refrigeration Mechanic with a remarkable 21 years in the trade. His expertise runs deep, but his laughter runs deeper. When he's not bringing comfort to homes with his trusty tools, you might find him out camping under the stars, quadding through muddy trails, or plotting his next hunting adventure. Jared is a family man at heart, always ready to share a good joke around the campfire, proving that even a day's hard work deserves a hearty laugh. With a passion for the great outdoors and a knack for fixing things, Jared embodies the perfect blend of professionalism and play. He's the guy who believes that life is an adventure best enjoyed with family, friends, and the right amount of humor thrown in for good measure!

Karla is the vibrant force behind the office as the Office Manager, keeping everything running more smoothly than a well-oiled Arabian horse! With two adult kids who keep her on her toes, Karla balances pride and playful banter, often proving that her humor could rival any stand-up comic. Whether she's racing against deadlines or her kids' latest escapades, Karla brings joy and laughter to everyone around her. Just don't challenge her to a race; she might just take the reins and leave you in the dust!

Operations Coordinator

Jody is the friendly voice behind the phone and the organizational superstar who keeps Seer Heating & Refrigeration running smoothly. With over 10 years of experience in office administration and customer service, she's the master of scheduling appointments, coordinating preventative maintenance programs, ordering parts, and making sure customers are taken care of every step of the way. When she's not busy keeping the office on track, you'll likely find her tending to her garden, planting flowers, or whipping up a batch of her famous homemade cinnamon rolls. Family is at the heart of everything Jody does, and she loves spending time with her four grandchildren, who are often right beside her helping in the kitchen or garden. As a proud mom of three grown children, she treasures every opportunity to create memories with her family. Jody also shares her adventures with her energetic 3yr old German Shepherd, who keeps life interesting and ensures there's never a dull moment. Whether she's camping under the stars, baking with her grandkids, or helping customers find the solutions they need, Jody brings warmth, kindness, and a positive attitude to everything she does. She believes that great customer service starts with genuine care, a friendly smile, and treating people like family—values that make her an invaluable part of the Seer Heating & Refrigeration team.

Brodie is a Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic by trade, but don't let that fool you—he's as cool as the systems he fixes! With three years of hands-on experience under his belt, Brodie knows all the ins and outs of keeping things chill. When he's not working with his trusty tools, you can find him revving up his motorcycle for a weekend adventure or out in the great outdoors, hunting and fishing with his loyal dog by his side. Snowboarding down powdery slopes, quadding through rough terrains, or simply soaking in the fresh air inspires Brodie's passion for life. Always ready to crack a joke, his humor is as refreshing as a crisp mountain breeze, making him the perfect companion for both work and play. In a nutshell, Brodie is a fun-loving mechanic who knows how to balance skill with laughter!

Technician

Ethan is a Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic by trade, but don't let that fool you — he's as driven as the systems he keeps running cool! Hailing from the friendly town of Innisfail, Alberta, Ethan spent his school years there, graduating after a solid decade in the local system before jumping into the workforce. Once his schooling was behind him, Ethan set his sights on a trade. He seized the chance to join a growing company and has been a proud member of the Seer Heating and Refrigeration team since July 2025. He's thoroughly enjoyed picking up new skills, getting hands-on with the tools, and building connections with the rest of the crew. When he's off the clock, you'll likely spot Ethan carving fresh lines on the snowboard slopes, tearing up backroads on his dirtbike, or happily tinkering under the hood of his vehicle. Full of energy and always ready for the next adventure, Ethan brings a strong work ethic and positive vibe to everything he does. In a nutshell, he's a dedicated technician who perfectly balances serious skills with a love for the outdoors!

Seer Sylvie (AKA Sylvie McGee)

Resident Superhero / Boss

Seer Sylvie was born and raised in rural Red Deer County. When she's not fighting crime against the heat and cold, she's chasing sticks, cuddling with her humans and burying bones. She can be a strict boss, but believes everyone should work hard and play harder. She loves to travel, especially for work, as she loves her customers and loves to make them laugh. Her main focus is keeping her crew in line, but if you happen to find her favorite ball, she'd be more than happy to let you throw it for her!
